October 24,
Telegrams are to hand to-day from Tunis announcing that large forces ot French troops has been despatched against the Arab insurgents at Kairwau, which is now the focus of the rebellion. The French columns three in number, are now reported to be nearing their destination, and it iB expected that the troops will shortly attack the rebels in full force.
