ARRIVAL OF THE ENGLISH MAIL VIA SAN FRANCISCO.

Auckland, October 17.

Arrived, City, of Sydney, from San Francisco. She left on September 25th, and arrived at 6.30 last evening. She brings 13 cabin passengers and 7 steerage for Auckland, and 29 cabin passengers and 23 steerage for Sydney, for which port she has 349 packages. Her New Zealand cargo is 162 tons. On October 13th she sighted the City of New York, Among her New Zealand cargo there are 1037 bags of fruit, 100 cases of onions, 150 barrels of sugar, and 712 cases of canned goods. She spiled for Sydney to-day.
