September 24. Advices have been received here from Messrs Alexander Sclanders and Co., of London, that about one-half of the cargo of barley sent from Nelson to London by the ship Electra has been already sold at an average of 44s per quarter of 4481b, equal to 5s 2d per bushel of 521b. This is believed to be the highest price realised tor barley in the London market.
