I have also examined the Ale for such deleterious ingmdients as are sometimes ndded to Beer, and have found i\o indication, of their presence. The three first eonriirions laid down by the Committee for V/ inks and Bkbrs for the late International Exhibition, as those to which especial prominence would be given, were—lst, Low alcoholic percentage: 2nd, Freedom from acidity; 3rd Absence of fusel oil; and all these ire fulfilled in tM" sample.
