SOUTH AUSTRALIA.
Messrs Joubert and Twopenney have received sufficient support to enable them to hold an international exhibition in Western Australia. Mr Twopenney leaves for Pert at the end of the month.
Meetings continue to be held throughout the country against the postage duty on newspapers. It is understood that the Sparrow Commission appointed by the Government have sent a report to the Governor which recommends that means be taken for the extermination of the sparrows, and .that a email reward be given for the production of sparrow's heads and eggs.
