Any competitor desiring to dispose of his exhibit to afflx a card to the came stating " For Sale " and tho price. 7. Stewards will be appointed to receive and stage all articles for competition and exhibition. 8. The Judges are authorised to withhold any prizes where the exhibits are considered of insufficient merit. 9. Competitors and exhibitors will not be allowed to remove their articles until the close of the exhibition, when they will receive a card from the Secretary authorising them.
