CALCUTTA.
August 17. Telegrams received to-day from Candahar report that Ayoub Khan is experiencing some difficulty in the work of concentrating his forces, and his advance in consequence is further delayed. Three of his regiments have refused to march on Candahar, and Ayoub has been compelled to disband them.
