Tho Union Rtea-- Ship Company's s.s. Penguin, Captain Malcolm, resumed Her voyage for Northern ports afc about 7 o'clock last evening. The steamer Result, Captain W. E. Baxter, left for Wairoa shortly after 10 o'clock last, night, taking a few passengers and a fair cargo. The s.s. Kiwi, Jas. Campbell master, arrived from Wellington via the coast at one o'clock this morning, and was brought inside at. about, 10 o'clock, and moored at the breastwork, where she is discharging her cargo to-day, consisting of some 160 tons, the greater part being iron and cement, transhipped out of the ships Mary Low and Fernglen. The following is the report of her passage:—Left Wellington at fi p'm. on Saturday night, picked the ship Algoa Bay up four miles outside the lighthouse, and towed her up to the wharf; left again at 10 p.m., landed a quantity of cargo at Te Awiti next morning, and left at 11 a.m. ; arrived afc Castle Point at 7 p.m., and left again at 8.15 a.m. next morning, arriving here as above. Her time of departure has been postponed until one o'clock to-morrow afternoon, owing to the quantity of cargo to be discharged here. The steamer Maori, Captain H. Anderson, left for Mohnkn, nnd Wairoa shortly before one o'clock this morning with a good cargo. The s.s. Fairy is loading timber and stores for TeApiti, and will leave on the firsf Favorable opportunity. The s.s. Penguin's cargo was discharged at the breastwork to-day by the ketch Admiral,
