A case of supposed small-pox has been reported yesterday from Surrey Hills, where several cases occurred in June, but the disease in its present stage is not sufficiently developed to enable the doctors to give a decided opinion as to its nature. A shocking accident occurred on the tramway last night, causing the death of the Hon. George Oakes, member of the Legislative Council.
