(from our own correspondent.) Weixingtost, August 12. It is said that if the House gets through the business in time, and the new Hepresentation Bill not passed ; Parliament will be dissolved, and the elections take place before the end of the year. Tho Representation Bill of seven clauses was distributed to-day. The following are tho Hawke's Bay electorates with the approximate male populations : —Hawke's Bay County 4977 ; Napier borough 5757 ; Waipawa county 5863. Clause 5 provides that new rolls must be ready within thirty days of the passing of the Act.
