WELLINGTON.
July 8. The New Zealand Government have determined that all vessels arriving from Chinese ports shall be quarantined, and a proclamation to this effect will be issued immediately, It has been shown that vessels arriving at New South Wales from Chinese ports have brought smallpox patients with them, and the Government in that colony bave decided to quarantine vessels arriving from China.
