July o. It is now definitely known that the Governor has refused the advice of the Ministry that Parliament should be dissolved in the present crisis. The Royal Princes visited Sandhurst to-day, and were accorded a splendid public reception. July 6. Mr Berry tendered the resignations of himself and his colleagues to the Governor this morning. It is probable that Sir Bryan O'Loghlen will be summoned by His Excellency to form a new Ministry, but it is considered doubtfnl that he will succeed in doing so.
