Intelligence has been received from Bulgaria that the Liberal leaders of the National Assembly, who were arrested on a charge of attacking Prince Alexander and of insulting the Government, have been released in consequence of the public agitation against their arrest. Much sympathy is manifested in Roumelia with the Bulgarian agitation, and tbe action of Prince Alexander is generally condemned.
