A steamer of the Peninsula and Oriental line, and one of the Orient line leave Melbourne on the 19th July. Correspondence specially so addressed, and prepaid the Brindini rates of postaere, viz., eisrhtpenoe per half-ounce, will he forwarded hy every opportunity. J. Gbdbr. Chief Postmaster.
