The Union Company's s.s. Tararoa, Captain J. Anderson, steamed for Gisborne, Tauranga, and Auckland, at about 5 o'clock last night. The ketch Emerald, Captain J. Moore sailed for Foxton yesterday afternoon in ballast. The s.s. Result, Captain W. Baxter, left for Wairoa at 1 a.m. this day taking a few passenger; and a full cargo. The three-masted schooner Mary Wadley anchored in the roadstead at 11 p.m. yesterday. She reports having left Newcastle at 10 a.m. on the 16th of June, with light westerly winds, followed by twelve hours calm ; then moderate west winds to tbe Bth June ; then strong S.S.E. gales, with a very high sea till the 12th June; to the 14th June light variable winds • on the 15th and 16th in Cook's Straits in calms and light airs ; on the 16th at 8 p.m. rounded Cape Pallisev ; thence strong north gales till the 19th June; thence westerly and variable light winds to arrival. She is now under the command of Capt. K. Lindfors, her late master, Capt. Jacob Balle, having been transferred to Mr Vautier's new schooner, the Trank Guy. The Mary Wadley was towed inside by the Boojum and moored at the breastwork soon after nine o'clock this morning, where she is discharging her cargo of coal.

The steamer Go-Ahead, Captain F. M. Dicker, is due here to-morrow morning early from Lyttelton direct, and is advertised to Bleam for Wellington at. 3 p.m. Tbe s.s. Kiwi, Captain Jan.es Campbell, leaves Wellington and may be expected to arrive here on Thursday morning. The s.s. Fairy, Captain John Campbell, will probably get away for the Mabia tonight wish a cargo of stores. (By Cablr> London, June 18. Arrived, ship Wigtonshire from Lyttelton (sailed sth March.)
