June 15. No bodies have yet been recovered from the wreck of the Pakeha. A concert at Kaiapoi on Monday in aid ot the Tararua fund was fairly attended. Another man has been arrested for complicity in the robbery at Hooper's jewellery shop some time ago. His name
is C. H. Preston. He was charged at the Magistrate's Court this morning with being concerned in the burglary at the shop of Hooper, jeweller, on May 2nd, and was remanded till June 22,
