Tho Union Steam Ship Company's s.s. Albion, Captain J. Anderson, left Auckland at 11 am. on the 26th instant; arrived at Gisborne at 4p.m. on the following day, and apain at 6.30 p.m., and arrived here at 4 o'clock this morning. Experienced calm weather throughout the run. Her cargo, some thirty tons, was trnnshipped to the ketch Three Brothers during the morning, and the steamer resumed her voyage for Southern ports and Melbourne at about 2 o'clock, tnlrine: a considerable quantity of wool nnd tallow for transhipment to an English hound vessel in Lyttelton, besides a quantify of general cargo. The steamer Fairy. Captain Campbell, left for Te Apiti and Waimarama with a full load of timber and stores at about 8 o'clock last night. The Union Pteam Ship Company s.s. Te Anau, Ointa'n Parcv, left Wellington at 10 o'clock last night, with 62 ton« of cargo, for this port, and arrived here about 3 o'clock this afternoon. As she has some 400 sheep to ship her departure for Northern ports has hpen postponed until 4 p.m. to-morrow, thus saving the risk a tended upon night wok. "Hie Te A nan only proceeds as far as Auckland, the passengers and ca''go for Melbourne being transhipped at that place to the s.s. Arawata, which steamer takes up the Te 4 nan's running per rime-table, the Te *naii taking thnh of the Avnwata. Tho s.s. Maori, '"nptain Anderson, steamed for Wairoa and Mohaka about 4 o'clock this morning, taking a good eavgo and several passengers. The topsail schooner Endeavor, Captain Jsntes Dicker, sailed for Oamaru in ballast this morning. The s.s. Kiwi, Captain Campbell, left Wellington last night at 6 o'clock for here via the coast, and is due on Monday, sailing for Gisborne the same evening.
