Not less than one bag late potatoes to be afair sample of five tons; not less than one bag early potatoes to be a fair sample of half a ton; not less than 1 cwt mangold to be a fair sample of five tons j'not.lesstnan 1 cwt carrots to be a fair, sample of one ton. Mangolds and carrots to be shown untrimmed All exhibits must have been grown bona fide by the exhibitor, and all winners .will be required to sign a declaration that, they have fulfilled the stipulations. Intending exhibitors tbe bulk before the Exhibition takes place must obtain a certificate from the purchaser that the sample is a fair-average.
