TENDERS will be receivable at the Town Clerk's Office, Napier, up to NOON of MONDAY, the 16th May, 1881, frr the f urchaso of one or more Subdivisions of Town Sections Nos. 375, 378, 379, 380, 381, 832, 383, 385, situated on the Reclaimed Land. The Subdivisions are all pegged out. _ and numbered from Ito 54 consecutively. Subdivision 23 is reserved from sale. _ ', Tenders may be sent in subject to either of the two following conditions, viz.: 1. Cash on acceptance of Tender 25 per cent, of total amount; balance in 1, 2, and 3 years at 7 per cent. Or, 2. Cash on acceptance of Tender 10 per cent, of total amount; balance in 1, 2, 3, and 4 years at 8 per cent. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
