AUCKLAND.
April 20. At the Supreme Court civil sessions to-day Sir Michael Seymour, by his attorney, obtained a writ of ejectment against one Hutchinson, the occupier of some land belonging to the Admiral, in Victoria-street. Mr Buckland sold to-day the racehorse Kewanata for £95 to Mr Gallagher, Harkaway, for £60, to Mr Holywood ; and Omega, for £20, to Mr M'Gee. For Vortex the bidding reached £190, but the reserve wae £250, and for Mies
Domett £60 was offered, but £200 were required. Procoffi was a passenger to Sydney by the Ringarooma yesterday. The captain, objected at first to take him.
