DUNEDIN.
April 20. At the commencement of Moritzon'e case, Mr Smith, the leading counsel for the prisoner, asked the Court to request the press not to publish the evidence till the completion of the case, as otherwise ordering witnesses out of Court would be unavailing, seeing that the case could not be completed to-day. The Judge decided that he bad no power to grant the application.
