A sharp earthquake shock was felt at Tauranga on Monday at ten minutes to nine.
Sixteen hundred ounces of gold have been received by the Bank of New Zealand at Auckland from Coromandel, chiefly from the new Goldfield at Tiki. The discoveries there are attracting great attention.
