MELBOURNE.
March 4. In the Legislative Assembly to-night the debate on Mr Murray Smith's proposal for a conference of the two Houses on the reform question was resumed, but it now stands further adjourned to Tuesday next. March 5. A company is being formed here to undertake the refining of sugar. The capital will be £100,000.
