PORT AHURIRI.

ARRIVALS.

March. 4—Kivri, s.s., from Wellington. Passengers—Messrs Fordham, Bayle, and Hammerton, Masters Sutton (2), Mr and Mrs McDougall, and 3 in the steerage.

The steamer Kiwi Captain James Camptell, arrived in the roadstead at 6 o'clock this morning, ancl was brought inside and moored at the breastwork shortly afterwards, where she discharged her cargo, consisting of some 20 tons of kerosine and a few transhipments out of the Euterpe from London. She reports having left Wellington at 5 o'clock on Wednesday night; arrived at Castle Point next morning, where she discharged a quantity of cargo, and left at 2 o'clock under easy steam, arriving here as above. Experienced aheavy easterly roll with light winds throughout. She leaves for Wellington again at 4 o'clock this afternoon, calling at several places on the coast. The s.s. Result cleared at the Customs this morning, and will steam for Wairoa between 9 and 10 o'clock this evening. The Union Company's s.s. Te Anau, Capt. Carey, is to leave "Wellington for here this afternoon, and should arrive about noon tomorrow. She is advertised to sail again for Northern ports and Sydney at 5 o'clock. The s.s Maori, Capt. Anderson, leaves for the Wairoa at 10 o'clock to-night, and will return via Mohaka.

The schooner Silver Cloud, as she lay heeled over last night, slightly hogged herself, through the weight of water inside of her when the tide fell, causing her starboard bilge to shift upwards about four inches. It is thought, however, that she will assume her original shape as soon as she gets loaded up again with cargo. The topsail schooner Martha Reid, from Oamaru on the 27th February, called in at Wellington after a smart run of fifty-eight hours from the former place. After discharging a portion of her cargo, the schooner left Wellington for this portyestesday evening. She has principally flour and oats for Napier,

(By Cable.) Sydney, March 3. Sailed, Union Company's Arawata for Auckland, Albany, March 4. The P. and 0. Company's steamship Bokhara, with the inward Suez mail, has arrived in King George's Sound, en route for Adelaide, Melbourne, and Sydney.
