The Porte has sent a circular to its representatives abroad, requesting them to propose to the Powers that the latter should send delegates to a conference at Stamboul to negotiate for the settlement of the Greek frontier question. The Porte desires that a conference should be held in lieu of arbitration, as proposed by tbe Powers.
