Bombers Raid Rumania Again LONDON, July 4. Attacking targets iu Rumania for (be second successive day, American heavy bombers from Italy struck against an oil refinery at Brasov, and rail installations at. Pitesti, which is west of Ploesti. All the targets were well plastered. An' Air Ministry communique states that Bomber Command Mosquitoes last night attacked objectives in the Ruhr. Mines were laid in enemy waters. No planes arc missing.
