RECOGNITION OF BOLIVIA

(Received, June 18, 7.30 pun.) WASHINGTON, June IK The United States has decided to recognize the Villaroel Government in Bolivia. The United Press of America learns that action will be taken in conjunction with 18 friendly Latin American republics, some of which have indicated a desire to recognize Bolivia as soon as possible. At present only Argentina maintains official relations with Bolivia.
