Japan has made her plans to control America Tokio official radio declared that as soon as the United States surrenders, Japan will insist on confiscation of American naval and ocean-going ships, the destruction of ail naval facilities and aircraft, the restriction of steel and oil proiluetion, the abolition of private banks and trade unions, and the eventual creAtion of a political authority in America subservient to Japan.
