HUGE U.S. WAR LOAN
WASHINGTON, May 18. • The Director of National War Finance, Mr. E. Gamble, announced that Mrs. Roosevelt. Queen Elizabeth, Madame Chiang Kai-shek, and Madame Molotov were joining in a radio appeal backing the 16,000.000,000 dollar war loan drive starting on June 12.
