CHETNIK CAMPAIGN
(Received May 16, 9.10 p.m.) LONDON, May 15. Marshal Tito’s latest communique reports a battle with Mikhailovich Chetniks near Ljuvis, where more than 100 Chetniks were killed or wounded. It adds that elsewhere in western Bosnia Chetniks are concentrating for attacks against Marshal Tito’s units, and that General Mikhailovitch is personally conducting operations. The Chetniks are well supplied with German ammunition, tanks and lorries, the communique says.
