Championship Competitions Opened Tlie Wellington women’s hockey championship grade competitions were opened on Saturday in tine weather and on good playing fields. Entries are so large this season that the association has graded the teams Into five division^ —senior A and B. junior, . intermediate and third. For the first matches of the competitions file standard displaced was good. Results: — Senior A: Hutt United 2. Technical Old Girls 1: College Old Girls 8. Petone T.O.G. 0. Senior B: W.R.N'.Z.N.S. 2.
