VARSITY EXTRAVAGANZA

As in previous years, Wellington audiences have applauded enthusiastically the annual University Extravaganza at the Opera House. In view of this success, -it has been decided to continue the season tilt- tomorrow night.. There are many amusing Interludes in “The Zealous Zombies,” which deals satirically with people and events In the public eye. The two “Old Grey Mares” have afforded a great deal of entertainment with 'lelr antics, and some of the ballets, particularly those of Scrimgeourella and the Minx of tlie Kremlin, are immensely amusing.- The excellent setting, and tlie riotous abandon with which the show is played, make it sparkle from start to finish. Incidental fun is provided in tlie interludes by a haka party from Weir House. Proceeds will go this year in aid of patriotic, funds.
