Auckland Burglary (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKDAND, October 19. For tiie third time in six weeks burglars broke into the big warehouse of Messrs. Kempthorne, Prosser lust night. Using gelignite, they blew off tiie seven-foot door of the strongroom nnd also blew off the safe door inside. Between £5 and £6 in cash was stolen. The burglary was a daring one, evidently carried out by expert cracksmen possessed of a good kit. They cut solid iron bars witli big bolt cutters nnd prized open a window. To escape from the warehouse they ent the locks from the door with bolt cutters. The premises of Drive Yourself, Ltd., were also raided, hut. lhe burglars got nothing.. ’l’hey left a note on a typewriter which read, “Thanks very much, Tiie avengers.”
