NEW YORK, October 1,5. The Mexican Government is studying plans to send an expeditionary force o£ 10,000 volunteers abroad within six months, says the Mexico City newspaper “Excelsior.” The troops have been training tor more than a year, and probably will be sent to Hie Pacific area. The Government is said to favour the plan because oilier Latin-American nations, including Cuba and Brazil, are preparing to send forces abroad.
