Government House, Wellington, October 16.

His Excellency the Governor-General, attended by Captain 11. G. Helmore, was present at a korero of the Wellington Savage Club this evening. Major-General J. S. Lethbridge, and Air Commodore L. L. Maclean, have firrived at Government House. October 17.

His Excellency the Governor-General attended Divine service at the Lower Hutt Methodist Church this morning. This afternoon his Excellency, attended by Captain IL G. Helmore, was present nt the Baptist rally held in the Boutcot t Street Baptist Chureh. Tills evening his Excellency, attended by Cnptain IL G. Helmore, was present at the annual service for doctors and nurses nt the Cathedral Church of St. Paul.
