For three-year-olds. About one mile. LAWRENCE, A. H. Griffiths’s br. e., bv Law Maker—Gay Element, 8.5 (Olsen) 1 PRECEPT. 8.5 (Preston) 2 ST. .FAIRY, 8.5 (Morris) 3 Ten started. Neck; two lengths. Time, 1.301. Tne Joker was unplaced in the Caulfield Stakes, which was won b.v Amana by half a length from Trannuil Star, Temple Chief being two lengths and a half away third. Dominate wile unplaced in the first division bf the Toorak Handicap
