M. McCARTEN TRAINS EPSOM WINNER

MeCarten his first big, handicap win as a trainer. Kihitlie, on the. Inside, got away well, was fourth for half a mile, and over the last three furlongs he avoided the tiring leaders, wont to the front and had a comfortable win. The principal events resulted:— EPSOM HANDICAP, a sweepstakes ot £25 each, with £2500 added. One mile. KIAKEK, S.
