Sharp Drop In Casualties
LONDON, October 12. For every 1000 civilians, killed or injured in air raids on Britain in September, 1941, only one was killed or injured in (September, 1943. The total for September, 1941, was 17,569, of which 6954 were killed. The total for September, 1948, was 16, of which live were killed.
