TOWN MURDERED IN SLOVENIA
German Threat To Other Centres (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) LONDON, October 12. The Germans Have repeated the Lidice atrocity on a larger scale, this time against the town of Novomesto, in Slovenia. The town had 10,000 inhabitants, and a communique today from the headquarters of the Yugoslav Army of National Liberation states that not a living soul remains in the town. German planes are dropping leaflets over other cities in Yugoslavia threatening them with complete destruction also.
