PROTEST BY GERMANY
Alleged Allied Transit Across Turkey / ■ ; (Received October 10, 9.25 p.m.) ANKARA, October 9. Germany has protested to Turkey, against what Berlin describes as Tur-, key’s unneutral attitude over the Dode-j canese fighting. It alleges that Turkey, has allowed British planes to fly over Turkish territory without interference and 1 also that British officers are permitted to travel between Turkey and British-occupied islands.
