INDUSTRIAL TALKS
Mr. Nelson In Moscow (Received October 10, 10 p.m.) LONDON, October 9. The head of the U.S. War Production Board, Mr. Donald Nelson, arrived at Moscow today from London for industrial conferences. The Moscow correspondent of the British United Press says that Mr. Nelson spent the day in Stalingrad, where he visited the battlefield. He was met at -Stalingrad by a Russian delegation representing the Commissariat of Foreign Trade.
