The dividend of 71 per cent, on ordinary shaies absorbed £7087, the 5 per cent, preference dividend £2250, £24,000 is placed to taxation reserve, against £17,050 last year, and £6386 is added to staff superannuation fund, leaving £6143 to be carried fort ward. The annual report of . the South Otago Freezing Co., Ltd., shows a decrease in numbers of sheet) and lambs and increase in numbers of cuttle -ileult with in the past season.
