(By Telegraph.-r Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Special Correspondent,) ' LONDON, October 4. Lady Newall -was given 'a reception by the New Zealand' Women's Association. Mrs. Jordan, wife of the New Zealand High Commissioner, introduced a large number of the members to her. Lady Newall, in a speech, told what fine work the women of New Zealand were doing for the war effort, and that she had seen and learnt much of what the women of Great Britain were doing and would, be able .to tell New Zealanders on her return. ■She added': “No words of mine could exipress the gratitude of my husband and myself for all the kindness ami help given us since we arrived in New Zealand.”
