Brigade Turns Off The Gas
Noticing smoke coming from tearooms in lower Lambton Quay at 1.1.33 o'clock last night, the police notified the tire brigade. An entrance bad to be forced to the tea-rooms, where tlie trouble was remedied by turning oil the gas of an oven iu which cakes were burning. The only damage doue was to the cakes.
