BATTLEDRESS EASED UP
Dominion Special Service. HAWERA, January 28. Battledress has been eased up as the result of an infected leg, which may prevent him racing at Hawera. The Hawera apprentice jockey N. Holland, who sustained a broken leg nt Trenthaiu, is reported to be making satisfactory progress, and is expected home in 10 days, though be may not be able to ride for two or three months.
