NEW CARGO PLANE
(Received January 28, 9.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 27. The shipbuilder, -Mr. John Higgins, has outlined plans for a cheap supercargo aeroplane whicli will be under largescale production shortly. It will be a modified type of unorthodox aH-wmS design with a displacement ot 400,0901 b. After the war he will produce a “jalopy” helicopter selling at 1500 dollars.
