More than 1(1 people were gassed by chlorine in a Sydney suburb early this morning when the top was accidentally knocked off a cylinder containing liquid chlorine. 'l'he deadly gas spread quickly through homes and factories up to 200 cards away, and people trapped in bed ;.r at work staggered into the street in a vain effort In escape the choking fumes.
