Little change In the grain and seed trade has been -reported in the last week and the products for which merchants are able to Quote are still few. Several lines of wheat have come forward, the condition of the samples being described as good,” though it Is still too early for any clear indication to be given about the vields A few samples of ryegrass have been received by merchants, but because of export uncertainties merchants are still not disposed to do much .buying. Meanwhile busmess has again been done in Algerian oats (a few samples) at 2/8 to _/J on trucks, and odd samples of Gartons have sold at 3/6 (A) and 3/3 (B) on trucks. National Bank Dividend The National Bank of New Limited announces payment on Tuesday of an interim dividend of li Per cent., less United Kingdom income tax at the rate of 6/74 in the £, in respect of the vear ending March 01, 1943. The dividend will be payable Zealand at any branch of the National Bank of New Zealand Limited at the rate of exchange for demand drafts on London current at the date of the dividend.
