VALIDITY OF AWARD QUESTIONED

An attitude similar to that taken by the Canterbury employers in lhe clothing trade as to lhe validity of the new award is being adopted here, where the terms of the old award are still observed pending .advice from the Director of Stabilization as to whether the new award is invalidated by lhe Stabilization Emergency Regulations.
