EXECUTIONS IN VIENNA
('Received January 21, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 20. The “Voelkischer Beobaehter” records the. execution of 13 Viennese for high treason after trial in the so-called People's Court. Reuter's correspond!nt in Europe says that observers connect the executions with the street demonstrations in the working-class districts of Vienna after (he news of the Allied landings in North Africa. .... Tlie evacuation of the State Administration from The Hague, ordered by the Germans as a defence measure, has now been completed, according to Dutch sources in London. Various departments have been transferred to the central Dutch towns of Zwolle Zuteen nnd Ni>megen.
